I purchased a property, which a home was to be built, and Sandra understood the process of building a new home. Sandra, went above and beyond her required duties as an agent (not to mention she had to share the commission)! Sandra showed me a property that neither of us had a lot of information on. The questions that I had were not disclosed in paperwork we had for the property and Sandra suggested going to town hall for some answers. She accompanied me there and talked with the code enforcement officer. We were informed of issues with the town about the road and resolution would cost in the realm of $90,000.00 to clear the title. Right in the listing it guaranteed title so Sandra called the broker and they were completely unaware of the circumstances. She was so professional in dealing with me, the town and the other broker that I had her come straight to my house for an appraisal. She sold my home within days from listing for more than asking price. She has continued to show me properties since and always goes out of her way to make things convenient. Never pushy and always concerned with my comfort level in the sometimes stressful real estate world. I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!

AS AN OKLAHOMA ATTORNEY, I AGREED TO SERVE AS THE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF BROTHER IN LAW ESTATE. THROUGH INQUIRES OF MAINE ACQUAINTANCES SANDRA REID WAS RECOMMENDED AND SHE WAS EVERYTHING GOOD THAT HAD BEEN REPORTED. THE 175 YEAR OLD ARUNDEL HOUSE WAS WELL MAINTAINED BUT WITH ALL EXPECTED PROBLEMS. I WAS IN CONSTANT CONTACT WITH SANDRA FOR OVER A YEAR, THROUGH 2 FAILED CONTRACTS BUT FINALLY THE 3RD BUYER'S CONTRACT RESULTED IN A SALE CLOSING. BECAUSE OF SANDRA'S EXCELLENT ATTENTION, I WAS NOT REQUIRED TO GO TO MAINE FOR ANYTHING, NOT EVEN THE SALE CLOSING. SANDRA ARRANGED FOR THE REMOVAL OF FURNISHINGS TO A MAINE AUCTION COMPANY. They are thrilled with their new home. In both transactions, she was on task and helpful. A great strength is her ability to listen and respond exactly as we discussed.
